AWD, 2 door Fiesta RS with the 2.3 EB (becuase this car requires no V8). Make it happen Ford.

FWD would make it lighter. People that need AWD don’t know how to drive :P

That would be too heavy and too powerful to be any fun. Also that render is hideous

“People that need AWD don’t know how to drive”
AWD is for maximum Ken Block-ness, not for lack of skill. Make it manual to deter those kinds of people anyway.

Eh, you should have seen the other ones. And make it as light as possible. Ideally, it would be like a detuned consumer version of Ken Block’s HFHV. Although, I don’t think the world is ready for that.

Just buy a Focus RS. The Fiesta is all about being light and those changes would ruin it unless they made it mid engined like the V6 Clio.

I’m okay with this.

I’d be happy with just more power from the 1.6 and AWD. Like a WRC homologation special, only unnecessary (because the car is already homologated).

NOW THAT I WOULD LIKE

everything needs a V8 how dare you!

#bringbackgroupB? I think a modernized Group B with more rules for spectators would produce some pretty amazing stuff.

this car requires no V8
Hey look, kids! It’s the axiomatically false sentence!

DROOL!

They’re working on it. New regulations for 2017 will bring cars that are more spectacular to look at, with 380 hp from the same 1.6l engines using a bigger diameter turbo restrictor. Today’s cars have 300 hp, so it will be noticeable even if it’s not revolutionary.

Can’t wait!

That would be fantastic, so long as it doesn’t get banned from SCCA Solos like the older Fiesta (non ST) did.

Not on this generation. It came out in 2008 as a 2009 in some markets, it’s already a 7 years old platform

The Focus RS is on a 5-year-old platform. I don’t see that big of a deal with it.
